You have to register an urgent complaint with on the toll number or any of the nearest centres of the credit card holder bank.If u ve phone number with u well and good.They 'll immediately cut off the services to prevent misuse of ur card.

Wring subject area, but call the credit card company and report it lost and get it cancelled. Good Luck.
