Pennies are made to a standard size and weight by various US Mint locations. They are now actually a lot more zinc than copper, and cost more than a penny to make. There are various efforts underway to stop production of pennies as has been done in other countries.

There is no minimum or maximum size for a penis. You get what you get and there's nothing you can do about it. Some men are known to have a very small penis which appears as nothing more than a little bump (similar to an outtie belly button).
