I live in Germany. I have been waiting for a delivery for five days now and it is driving me nuts!!! Can anyone tell me what time UPS stop their delivery service so that I can get on with my life instead of waiting around for a delivery van that is not going to turn up?

It's usually around 7pm, even here in the States. If you have a tracking number, you can log onto www.ups.com & track your package. In the source below, I've included the link to the Germany English page. UPS also offers Germany German page if you prefer.

Usless Parcel Services can take not just days but weeks. Try the local depot and COMPLAIN ...
