arabs trace decent from ishmael, the son of abraham and his servant girl. jews (meaning israelites in this case) trace their decent from jacob, the son of isaac, grandson of abraham by his wife sarah. but this is not the only definition. anyone can be considered an arab linguistically if their L1 is arabic, or if they grew up in a country that speaks predominantly arabic. basically, they were one of about a million small nomadic peoples who wandered the desert, and the jews were another group. eventually, the arabs assimilated other groups to where they got a more or less homogenous mix of arabs, while the jews seperated themselves and were not assimilated by the arabs.

Yes, there is such thing as Jewish Arabs. Especially the Yemenites.
The Jews during the Islamic Civilisations alot of them identify themselves as Arabs.
Arabs do not come from Ishamel, thats a Myth and a Lie. Mohamed is of Chaldean backround Ur Of Chaldea of Abraham and Ishamel parentage, so only his tribes are Ishamelites. There was already the Arabic speaking people during that time that stretches from Aram in the north and pass the desert towards the Yemeni HIghlands.
Modern Arabs means anyone of the ancient semetic race who are mainly Moslems and Christians and some Jews who still wants to identify themselves as Arabs.
Example of Semetic people , Assyrians, Phoenician/Caanites,Hebrews/Arabians,Sabaeans,Amobites etc etc and where does this people go? Nowhere, they are known as "Arabs" now and the ones presently living in Israel and with Jewish faith calls themselves Israeli.
And Iranian are Aryan and of Indo European stock like the Aramenians, North Indians and Other Europeans.

All arab countries (except for Saudi Arabia), do not judge their citizens by their faith, therefore do not reject anyone whether christians or jews......
of course there were jewish arabs in the region, up until 1948 jews lived along with muslims n chritians in Egypt, Iraq, Morocco, Palestine and maybe other countries too......then in that year, and as a result of Balfour's Promise (am not sure about the spelling of it) part of Palestine was taken and given to jews to establish their own country, (now called State of Israel), most of jewish arabs moved to Israel, as did a lot of jewish europians, (an Israeli policy in order to establish a jewish country), that's y it's rare to find jewish arabs nowadays

Technically, Jews are no different from Arabs in terms of ethnicity (at this point, that is). After living side by side (not only in modern times, but BCE) I find them ethnically the same. Its just that for the Jews, their religion is also their ethnicity. Jews in the Middle East are technically arabs, but no one chooses to call them 'Jewish Arabs' because, well, they like to be 'special.'

Palestinians is a nationalistic time period neither ethnic nor non secular so neither they're all Arabs nor Muslims . all and sundry knows that when Israelites ( even as the became jews , and left Egypt ) got here to settle in Palestine the fought with the community inhabitants who were reported as Canaanites,or Amaliks and those later got here to mixture and combine with different ethnicity ( except for jews who refused to mixture with the impure Goyems) to make the inhibitants of this Land reported as Palestine or holy land or what so ever

The Jewish never launched Crusades to convert the Islamic and Arab countries. I imagine it has something to do with that. Becasue the Arabs were forced to convert, or die, today they still retain small aspects of the Christian faith. As were the Jewish faith never had a chance to really impact itself. That is my guess, I really dont know but it makes sense to me.

From what I've been told, they identify themselves as Jews- by religion- instead of their particular ethnicity or nation. Its an older way of doing things actually. At one time in the Christian world, you were not a "Spaniard" or a "Florentine" first- you were a Christian and preferred to be referred to as such. Its just that the Jewish population has continued to refer to itself by what brings them together, not by what differentiates them.

The Jews descended through the line of Isaac. The Arabs through the line of Ishmael. They were half brothers from their father Abraham. They were two distinctly different lines of people.
