althoug using a computer strains the eyes, do go to your opticians for a check up, you might need glasses :)

That usually only means that you need to take a break and rest your eyes a while. If you don't, then you could well run into eye problems.

it's the effects of eye strain. it's best to take a break every once in a while to give your eyes a rest.
