Ok, I been working out every other day, or even everyday -- for 3-4 months now.
I am getting mad, cause I have seen a little difference. My weight changes every darn day. And I thought I could get a bit bigger in 3 months.
I can guess what the problem is, I don't eat much: most of the time I eat two small meals per day. That could be the cause.
Is there anything I could BUY or DO or start EATING that my workouts wouldn't go waste?

So, as I understood, I should start eating more protein, and do more reps with less weight? I could go to some body building store and buy some creatine and protein, and eat right, right?
What is "less weight"? The weight that I feel comfortable with? Or wieght that I could pick up 100 times?

First and formost.Your body needs protein right now.Your body will turn catabolic while weight training if you do not get some protein every 3 hours or so.It's unlikely that you could have put on much muscle in the short time you've been working out.The best thing to do is look in the mirror for results bscause the scale can lie to you about your progress. You may be putting on muscle which weighs more than fat but burning fat at the same size.Get some good protein in you and try eating rice and pastaI've found that Designer Whey from next proteins is the best.Split you meals to at least 4-6 a day.

I've worked out, this time around, since January. Contrary to TV commercials change, like the bodies that they show, don't happen in just three months. When I worked out before i had been working out for about two years. What exercises are you doing? Are you working out at a gym or at home? Three sets of 12-15 repetitions per exercise. Don't give up and don't take anything. They don't really help. Eat enough, on a regular schedule. Two meals a day is adequate. Weight changes depend on lots of things. One take your weight at about the same time every day. Two drink lots of water, it will keep you more regular. Workouts never a waste. keep at it.

It's not only what and how much you eat, it's also how you exercise. There are exercises for bulk where you are stronger but don't show muscles and there are exercises for definition and contouring the body that show muscles but not strength. They are two different types of exercise. The first builds strength with various weights and training exercises. The second builds muscles for show by repetition with lighter weights. You have to decide which one you want and then diet/workout for that result.

Jason, is your goal to get BIGGER muscles, or STRONGER muscles? Believe it or not, they do not always go hand-in-hand.
Working out as often as you have should produce stronger, more useful muscles - however, that doesn't mean they will necessarily increase significantly in mass (size).
There are suppliments you can take to increase muscle mass, but taken incorrectly, these can be dangerous, even fatal.
Best advice is to discuss your issue with a qualified dietician and/or weight trainer at your gym for feedback and coaching.

try to remember that everyday your weight WILL be different..that's my biggest problem with weight management...I obsessively check my weight...a couple times a day, every day even though I know it's not good to do and not accurate. weigh once a week at the same time, on the same day..
