Garrett, the idiot, wanted to impress Chef Ramsay with his quickness and didn't cook the chicken all the way, risking salmonella to the customer.
Chef booted him off for that.

Sending out undercooked chicken. Garrett was frustrated with Chef yelling at him and sent raw chicken out. Chef caught it before it reached the customers, but it ended up getting Garrett sent home.
