1. All are globular proteins.

2. Being proteins they are coded for by DNA.

3. They are catalysts.

4. Their presence does not alter the nature or properties of the end products of the reaction.

5. They r very efficient. In other words a small amount of enzyme brings amount the change of a large amount of substrate. For example one molecule of the enzyme catalase can catlyse the decomposition of about 600 thousand molecules of Hydrogen Peroxide to water and oxygen in 1 second at body temperature.

6. They are highly specific; i.e, an enzyme will generally catalyse only a specific reaction.

7. Their activity is affected by pH, temperature, subtrate concentration and enzyme concentration.

8. Enzymes lower the activation energy of the reactions they catalyse.

9. Enzymes possess 'active sites' of specific shape within their molecules where the reactions that they catalyse take place...

1-enzymes have higher specificity than catalysts

2-enzymes are regulated by activators and inhibitors

3-enzymes are affected by their enviroment-pH, temp, salt concentration

sorry that's all I could think of off the top of my head.
