My mother installed a monitor and now the color is way off.... I have tried everything! @_@;; Help!?

If you didn't receive a User's Manual with the monitor, check their website for support. They may have one you can download, a list of FAQs, of a way for other users to communicate. I have a Samsung without manual -- I was able to download information for my model. Good luck.

Usually there are buttons in front of the monitor that allows adjustment to the monitor. Have you played with it yet?

Have you tried going into display in propertiues off of the desktop and changing the colors to 266 or whatever?
