Given your financial circumstances, I'd suggest Asda 'Farm Stores' brand fish fingers, 17p for 10. Farm Stores oven chips and Farm Stores frozen or tinned peas would be the perfect accompaniment; serve with a generous dash of Farm Stores ketchup at 27p a bottle.
I just had Dry Roasted Strips of belly pork, served with a selection of frozen vegetables, drizzled with Farm Stores Chicken Gravy. Sadly I forgot to shave the pork first.
I'm going for a lie down now, I feel queasy.

How about starting off with garlic mushrooms on a bed of lambs lettuce with grated fresh Parmesan cheese on top. Then for main course, lightly grilled pork fillet on a bed of fresh mashed potato with a shake of Cinnamon and a knob of butter accompanied by fresh green beans cooked to perfection baby carrots with grated orange peel & butter, fresh broccoli with pine nuts and a light white wine sauce. Followed by strawberries & Cream....Hungry now

If it is in the evening green tea is good, but it does have caffeine in it. Other wise a herbal tea is best, like Chamomile. Put a little honey in it also. It makes for a nice cup of tea.

Silver needle (a white tea) is my favorite night tea. It consists of very young leaves/buds with a silvery downey on them. The taste is very complex a tad sweet, but not overpowering at all.

Why on earth would you ask this of a bunch of strangers? We cannot see what is in your cupboards. We have no idea what restaurants are near you. I think you could use your time much more wisely!
