You are treading on illegal ground by trying to "scare him." Your sister gets to make choices and learn from experience like everyone else. It's not up to you.

I would no provoke or retaliate, He will screw up on his own. I know you don't want to see your sister get hurt, but until she learns for her self the hard way, she probably won't learn at all. On the other hand, He might change for the better too, there is no telling right away.

I would not set him up, you may feel bad in the long run if he gets hurt, or if the police find out that you were involved, you'll have conspiracy charges on your hands, and a conspiracy to commit a misdemeanor in most states is a felony. So stay away. Let your sister learn the hard way if she has to, it's not easy to see happen, but until something does happen that you she can press charges for, there is not much u can do. Talk to the police, maybe they can suggest alternatives, if they say stay away, stay away. Best of luck to you and your family in dealing with this, hopefully it will turn out for the better.

I really don't know. I dont know if you can get a restraining order on them if she's over the age of 18 because she's considered an adult and whatnot, she'd have to file it herself.

And I don't think there's anything the police can do either. I mean, you can try talking to her about it privately and whatnot.. but I know how stubborn girls can be when it comes to things like that. Sadly, the only thing I can say is to let her find out for herself.. Which I know is increadibly hard to do.

I hope things work out.

No, not if she does not want to disassociate with him. If she does break up with him and he starts harrassing/ stalking her then you can get the police involved via restraining order. If she wants to be involved with this guy just try and convince her that she should dump him. In a nice way point out his major flaws (the way he treats her too) and just tell her you know she can get a better guy.

Well, if her boyfriend is that bad or mean then tell her parents what they do or what he does, then make sure that they can't see each other and talk to her and let know the bad things of her boyfriend. And if your the older sis she should respect you but just single them out cause then he'll end up breaking up with her since he can't see her or talk to her that much, unless your parents or your around.

If he isnt doing anything wrong then no.
Question is... what does he do out on the streets?
If you can get him into a situation where you have the upper than you will be straight.
What kinda porblems are we talkin?
If he's abusive.. restraining order.
If he's a drug dealer... alert the cops.etc etc

Feel Me?
Find a way to make him feel less comfy around your sis.

Not really she would have to put a restraining order on him and then it can get ugly if she or he breaks it. My best advice would be to get somebody that I know would scare the shhh out of him and have him have a little talk with him. As a warning...next time, things can get ugly.

find a way to separate them, but don't make it too obvious. When my sister wasd involved with a loser i talked her into living closer to her college instead on driving an hour each wy to and from school.

By being exdposed to more (and better!) guys she realized that he was a loser and moved on to a great guy.

For someone else we found enough info and she left him. It took a lot of work and digging into his past. We found out that he had been engaged 4 times prior to her and married 2 times, but no divorce was recorded. PLUS we found out he had been to jail... That started her to thinking, but when she found out he had herpes from one of his ex-es...that was the final straw!

it took about 3 months to get all the info together...

We told her that she deserved to know everything about him... and that after she listened to us... if she still wanted to be with him... then we'd stop digging. She kicked him to the curb in the end!
