I got them from Big-5 in the past. But they no longer carry them.

Any of your local dive shops will be able to help you .Most have swim goggles, besides Dive masks. Have your perscription information with you and try on some pairs when you are in the store for fit and comfort. Give them the perscription info and they will be able to get some lens' ground for you for your new goggles.
Dive shops are your best route here as they have the experience in getting dive masks done on a regular basis and you can try before buy.

When I was younger and didn't swim in my contacts (which I do now, disposables, and I'm not concerned if I lose one, and never have as of yet), I went to my eye doctor and got press in lenses for my goggles. These days, they can make just about everything prescription, so I'm almost positive that your optometrist will be able to help you or give you some idea of where to go.

I got mine from Kiefer for a long time.. but im not sure if they still have them

Speedo has a couple models that you might want to check out..

I recommend getting some contacts and swimming with normal goggles.. thats what I do now, I actually got my contacts just to swim.. but I got used to them.. and they are so much better than glasses
