Definitely meerkats. I love the way they stand up on their hind legs to scope out their surroundings like little sentries.

Otters tend to be a bit more tender if cooked slowly. Meerkats have a bitter aftertaste. Why even bother when kittens are much more plentiful and easier to catch?
