You can also park in a lot and take a shuttle to the airport. There's one in Braintree.

There are several ways to get to Logan, depending on what time of the day you are looking to go. The best way would be public transportation, the MBTA's Silver Line to Logan, or you could do a park and fly with Logan Express, which have locations in Braintree, Woburn, Framingham and Peabody. I f you must drive in then you can take the Callahan Tunnel in and follow 1A to the airport, or you could take the Tobin Bridge North bound and take the Chelsea exit and just follow the airport detour signs. During the morning and evening commutes there are State Troopers and local police directing traffic, so it should be easy enough to find your way, it's just not a fast process getting there by car, so allow yourself extra time. There is also a water taxi/shuttle from the South Shore that goes to Logan. Check out the link below for all your options along with information on all the suggestions I described above.

Mass Pike to 93N, take the Callahan Tunnel (I believe it's Route 1)
