I can't orgasm anymore, it will be 3 years in september. I can if i take my time and play but with my husband I just can't. He doesn't know this cause i have no idea how I would tell him..He is very old fashioned and there are a lot of things he won't try. Even when i play by myself it's taking longer, I don't know what I should do. I'm afraid I won't be able to have one at all soon.

See your doctor, there could be reasons why. Medications can affect your ability to have an orgasm.
And tell your husband to lose his old fashioned ways and help his wife get off.

If you want a soft sell, tell him you're getting older and you "need a little help." Whatever it takes--but it sounds like you're tip-toeing around his ego rather than taking responsibility for the quality of your sex life.

you most have to talk to him about it, if he loves you he will be willing to do what ever it takes to satisfied you no matter how old fashion he is, ask him to play with you before the actual intercourse and do a 69 i promess you he will not say no to that. good luck

get a dildo or vibrator.. introduce it to him and tell him he can either take the time out to meet ur needs or u'll be using those.. or better yet have him use them on u.. Lots of foreplay is good to...
