The entire evolution of the rap is a fleeting moment in the mind of the saxophone player who plays 'till daybreak.
I'm not saying that booty shakin' music ain't fun, but let's get over it kiddies.

i don't quite think music causes brain damage. sorry. i think the punks that listen to rap were punks before they listened to rap. i listen to rap and i'm a government policy analyst and avid community volunteer. it's just music, just like books are jsut literature. every person has the power to accept or deny the thoughts another person expressed. I read Mein Kampf in college, and it didn't make me an anti-semite, so why would rap music make someone a thug? But just like anti-semites are more likely to pick up Mein Kampf and read it, thugs are more likely to listen to rap. I think the causality of your argument is reversed.

I listen to rap and i am in my school's GT program, I've gotten straight A's all my life. Rap music does not cause brain damage. And your site is gay.
