yup -- either way you read the question, the answer is the same (unless, of course, you mean can a guy "bear" children: males generally don't get pregnant)
having only one nut doesn't end the production of sperm, so if that's the only indication, he should be at least as fertile as any other guy
excepting injury, "one-nutted" male offspring usually happen when one of the child's testes doesn't descend normally (it's still there, but it's hiding in the lower torso); i'm told this is fairly common, but to my knowledge, i never had that "problem."

Yes.I have a son and I know he is mine because there was DNA and the old blood test.I only have one.It happened when i had an accident with a tree.

Yep they sure can! Although sometimes it makes you sperm count low and you might have to have assistance from a reproductive specialist. But they have procedures that can aid in this!
