You didn't say how far you got in the game but in the bar you need to get the bags of silver which is hidden behind the picture up above the piano. Play the 3rd or 4th roll on top of the piano to get the silver. Then, after you get the silver, go to the store and do the weighing until you get it correct. The cash register will then open and you can get the next clue. Then get that wheel from behind the cash register. Leave the store and then go down the alley between the bar and the store. You'll see a broken down wagon. Get the wheel out of your backpack and put it on the wagon. Then you'll get the prompt asking you where to go. The clue is on the piece of paper you got from the cash register. I think you can take it from there! :)
