I assume so. There doesn't seem to be much racism in the Harry Potter books, which is nice. In the movies, Lee Jordan (the twins' best friend) is a Black girl, although for some reason I thought it was a boy in the books. And isn't one of the Gryffindor quidditch players Black too?

Don't know of any reasons they would dislike Black people.

It seems like all of the Weasley's, except Percy, are decent, open minded people. Ginny went out with Dean Thomas. Ron is friends with and shares a dorm with Dean Thomas. Fred and George are friends with Lee Jordan. Percy's a git so we won't include him. Bill and Charlie seem to be nice and decent and Arthur and Molly are friends and colleagues of Kingsley Shacklebolt. So my answer is YES!

NO! There is an older sister, Bette, who absolutely hates black people. But the Weasley family otherwise just loves them to death, so they have disowned their daughter Bette in favor of being able to have their black friends over to the house and not risk her using any "unforgivable spells" on them.
So, Bette changed her last name, dyed her red hair to platinum blonde, and started living in the muggle world...and...through the world of muggle music she has come to realize the error of her racist ways. She is working tirelessly to regain her family's love, but the Weasleys will not take her back. You may have heard of the song 'From a Distance', which she sang as one of her messages to them...?
