It depends, If you are a guy then yes you need to find someone to cut your hair. Guys need to cut hair regularly in order to look nice and handsome. If the new person messes up your hair, it is not a big deal because it will grow out fast. If you are a girl then you could wait. Girls don't need to cut hair as often as men. If you go to some one new and get your hair messed up then you are in trouble because it takes girls longer to grow their hair out. You could also ask a friend to recommend you their hair dresser, that is if you like your friends hair and the way their dresser gets it done. But if your hair dresser is coming back in a day or two then regardless if you are a guy or a girl then you can wait but if it is longer then I suggest the above. Good Luck!

I've cut my own hair for the past 20 years or more. So I guess NO....I never have to wait for the normal person who cuts my hair if they are on vacation. I just take the scissors with me. *wink*

It really depends, but I give a stranger a chance. I've switched people like that because I found a better one when the opportunity came.

Well for me, gone are the days when I was proud of my hairs.
Its just a few bunches left, so does not matter. And if the new barber happens to be a lady, no questions asked.
