if someone kill one of ur family and u get in room alone with him\her, and you are capable of killing him\her and no one will arrest u for it.

Knowing that I'm sitting comfortably in front of my computer and my loved-ones are safe and sound, I'd say no.
But put me in that room and all bets are off.

no. killing that person would put you at the same level as him. youd be just as low as him turning yourself into a murderer too.
