There are so many options for losing weight and depending on how safely you want to do it, there are different routes that you can take. I would suggest cutting out all soda and sugar drinks. That will help enormously. Drink lots of water all day long (it will fluch out your body). Make sure that your fat intake comprises only 30% of your meals and EXERCISE! That is the key. A good cardio workout of 20 minutes on the treadmill at a high incline, about 10 minutes on the bike and work on some light weights for the trouble areas. That is the healthy way to go and it may not be as quick as you would like, but it will work in time. I would recommend this way because it is much easier to keep off weight that you have lost safely than it is to keep it off when you lose it the quick, but unsafe way! Good luck.

The most you can lose in two weeks is 8 to 12 pounds if you go on a strict diet and work out everyday.
The reason why I say this is because you can lose up to ten pounds in water weight the frist week.
So you progress willl depend on how much water you hold.
Eat no more than 1100 calories per week and do at least an hour of cardio (treadmill or bike) per day.
You also need to do some weight training.
Drink plenty of water and no fast food or starches unless its wheat.
Good luck!!!

the atkins diet is amazihng , my mom was on it. You loose wait pretty quickily. All you have to do it have under 20 caborhydrates a day. So that means no bread, pototoes anything fatty. and you can find all this on the internet and keep track of how much cabourhydrates you are taking in on the back of the bottle/can etc. My mom lost 40 pounds in a couple of weeks. So it realy works. also, NO JUNK FOOD . my friends cousin lost a lot from not eating junk food or pop. But i dont see why you should be trying to loose weight , you should be happy with the way you look , skinnyy or nott . ! :)

If 2 weeks is all you need, I'd do the Atkin's Diet. Get rid of all carbs. No sugars, no breads, no pasta or rice or potatoes. Just meat and cheese and eggs and veggies.

I lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks on this. But it comes back later if you don't start exercising or doing something else to maintain the lower weight.

I didnt do anything all summer either till last week. i lost 4 pounds this week so far by lifting weights for an hour a day and running 2 miles right after

Also, dont eat before you go to bed if you do now.

Little meals all day, like 4 or 5, but no big ones, your body can handle it better

as Oprah would say, "It's physics". You need to expend more calories than you take in. Stick with proteins, fruits and veggies mostly. If you must eat your carbs (as I absolutely do) stick with whole grains. Snacks should be carrot sticks, a handful of sunflower seeds, something lite but filling. Drink lots of water and walk every day. Start with a mile and add to it. Don't eat past 7:30 at night and don't exercise within 3 hrs of your bedtime. And, don't forget, NO CAFFEINE. It dehydrates you and when you're dehydrated it's easily mistaken for hunger.

Make sure you get balanced meals....lots of protein, some carbs and some fats too. To curb initial hunger, I eat lots of veggies, they're healthy and fill up your stomach without adding a lot of calories. Carrots, broccoli, etc....great vitamins and antioxidants.
Drink LOTS of water. That will help you stay hydrated.
And start exercising. Try to make your diet and workout changes so that you can stick to them afterwards...it shouldn't just be a binge, but a life change.
Good luck!

why...why....why...

try loving yourself without losing weight it's way easier. :)

Nobody can help...you know what you need to do if you want to really lose weight...and nothing healthy is quick...if you don't do it healthy it won't stay off and will come back on times 3. So start eating right, like basically don't eat man made foods...and workout.

Try to figure out a way to love yourself now though. :)

Don't eat any trans fat, don't drink anything but water, and if you can, try to stay under 700 calories a day. I did this for a month and lost 30 pounds. If your smart about what you eat, you can do it and not be hungry. Also, try walking alot more.

-stop eating fast food, soda, donuts and all the delicious stuff....haha
-before you eat, drink a glass of water...
-you can also order a light broth or soup and eat it before lunch or dinner.
-eat lots of salad (no ranch or croutons)
-eat fruits
-drink 8 glasses of water a day
-next time you feel hungry, drink something first. (usually thirst is confused with hunger)
-work out! go to gym, swimming, dancing, etc
i hope this helps, and good luck!
