I think it is sweet that you want to impress your wife. Now that's a man. It would do all husbands and wives a great deal of good if they were all more concerned about how they treat their spouse. Why shouldn't a person be as concerned about impressing their spouse after marriage as they were before? You know probably anything you do that pays attention to her wants and needs would be a great thing. I hope you and your wife can always appreciate each other. Way to go.

You can impress her by being a good and loving husband. You start by doing some things that you may have put off or forgotten. Then, you can tell her you love her, that you're glad to be with her, that your proud of her, and that you want to feel closer to her.

Pamper her a little. Draw her a bath. Light of couple of candles, pour a glass of wine. Sit and chat with her while she settles in. Leave the room so she can soak by herself for a while.

Plan a date or outing with her in mind.

All these things will make her feel loved and then she'll open up to you. Then, you'll need to open up to her.

Plan something for the both of you. Women mostly take care of plans...if you want to impress her plan a getway for the two of you. Let it be a surprise. A nearby bed and breakfast is an excellent choice, If you have kids, get a babysitter, yes YOU , not her, you take care of that too.

Be romantic, give her a massage with scented oils...she will be very grateful for the romance and women loved to be pampered and adored...

Good luck

Why does she need to be impressed if she is your wife. If you want to express how you feel about her that is different.

clean the house and make dinner... When I get home from work the last thing I want to do is cook and clean. Even if all he did was load the dishwasher I'm all smiles the rest of the night.
