Do you think that grandparents/clergists should be prosecuted for assisting girls to get abortions?

I think NOT. These people should be protected from any legal repercussion for assisting an abortion. This bill is up in Senate--SUPPORT FREEDOM OF CHOICE!!

If the state has a law on the books that requires parental consent for an abortion, you know, like they do for getting your ear pierced, and those above aid and abet the minor and abortion provider in obtaining an abortion without parental consent, then yes they should go to jail. They broke the law. The moment that the government selects which laws should be enforced and which laws should not be enforced is the moment we have tyranny.

However, if the people of a state see the ramifications of this law as putting clergy, counselors, doctors, and grand parents in jail, then they might act through the legislature to abolish this law.

Personally, I am glad that the bill is in the Senate, as abortion should be decided in the legislature and not in the courts. The very fact that the courts invented a non-existent right for social engineering purposes is disgraceful, and each of those judges should be impeached for violating their oath of office.

If they are assisting a minor when they don't have legal custody then yes. They should be prosecuted for assisting in any non-emergency medical procedure.

absolutely they should be prosecuted, unless it can be proven that notifying the parents posed a grave threat to the girl. Stop the excuse making.

No, that makes you a goose-stepping baby killing facists. You only want to subvert parental control, responsibilities, and rights. Don't mess with me boy.
