wicca.org is about the organization/history/etc. wicca.com is a commercial site that sells stuff - I would recommend wicca.org.

Depends which kind of Wicca you want to know about. Websites are nothing, you never know who made it or if it is valid.
Go to the bookstore and pick up some books on the history of Wiccan religion and philosophy. Even books of Pagan history would be good, its pretty much the same thing, just different times.
Remember not to confuse Wicca with the Satanism and Vampyre philosophy.

search out wicca in the search bar. there are all types of places on the web that will teach u more about the religion and how it started and stuff like that. i use the web for that everyday.

Go to Barnes & Noble...they have a full selection of different wicca and practicing methods...very neat.

get two books written by Scott Cunningham they will let you know what you need and help you understand what Wicca is all about.
