You can buy special bleach at a drugstore -- ask the saleswoman to help you. The old warhorse brand that women all over the world rely on is Jolen. But some newer brands are less harsh.

You can also go to a salon and they can wax it. It is a really standard procedure that many women have done regularly. Don't try waxing it yourself. Further advice in the link below.
I agree with the remark re. electrolysis - it is ultimately the best and only permanent option, but also the most painful.

Okay cross in your cosmetic store in which you get your hair reduce and inform your beautician that you just wish your lip waxed. Hey, even as you're at it, get your eyebrows waxed too, so you do not have got to pluck the ones darned thingies any further both. Yes, you're going to have got to do the scorching wax thingy approximately each and every two months, however hiya, it does paintings, and the hair coming again can be a ways much less noticable. Also, recall electrolisis. (I recognize I did not spell that correct.) Electrolisis will completely dispose of the hair out of your lip, however it may be high priced. Good success along with your obstacle, sweetie.

Have your ever consider seeing an electrologist. The remove unwanted hair in many different ways, some use laser and some use a little needle and follow the hair shat down to th root with electricity ( not high voltage) some wax it off but then there is a chance of it coming back and darker. I would try the electrolysis.

Bleeching will only change their colour but they will still remain there. Try threading... (using thread to pull away the hair).
Although it hurts...but the hair won't come back for weeks. It's better done by a professional.

For sure dont bleach it, you will regret it. You can either go to the salon and get it waxed professionally or you could try waxing it yourself but if you leave it on to long it can rip the skin and leave ugly burn marks so i dont suggest that. Avon has a hair removal cream made specifically for facial hair. It works great.

Try SurgiWax. . . it's the BEST wax because it actually works. A lot of waxes will leave half of the hair-- this one gets everything the first time! Also it's less than $5. You find it at Walmart/Target or any other drug store.

yes you can bleach it but i prefer to wax or use a hair removal cream like immac or Nair, remember you have to keep doing it once you start so if its not noticeable then leave it.
