I am menopausal myself at the moment and what I find helpful is to drink soya milk, plenty of water ( 2litres per day if you can), your health food store manager can be a great knowledge source. Also having a tepid water bath (or shower if you prefere) can work wonders especially before you go to sleep. It might be an idea to wash your hair as the head is the warmest part of your upper body due to the little blood vessels needed to support your hair follicles. A last resort is to visit your practice nurse for advice if none of the above are useful to you.
