any multi vitamin combination , such As centrum , one a day etc or even generic Multi vitamins by a pharmacy chain such as CVS is OK , what you have to pay attention to are the following two things:
a) take multi vitamins that are manufactured by drug companies not health food companies such as GNC or like because you cannot guarantee quality , and some of these do not follow recommended dosage of daily intake of vitamins
b) if you are pregnant , you must take vitamins formulated for pregnant women again by a good pharmaceutical company , since you should not bee taking vitamin A while pregnant

There are many multivitamins that you can take, there are ones that are made essentially for women or men. The brand that comes to mind is Nature Made and Prescriptive Formula, but make sure as with all medicines that you ask your doctor or make sure that you are not alllergic to anything in them or if you are taking medication that it will not counteract with anything, Common things like grapefruit juice and garlic can cause effects with a lot of different medications. Ask your doctor if it is ok.

Naturemade multis for women. They have pretty much everything you need, with no extra junk, and are pretty inexpensive. It's important to look for vitamins that are yeast-free, especially for women. Yeast can throw your candida out of balance.
