I think what more1708_par is asking is "What does the J.K. stand for?"
Applechick282 answered correctly that her first name is Joanne. But the K doesn't stand for anything because legally she has no middle name!
According to Wikipedia, before the first book was published, she was asked to use her initials because it was feared boys would not read a book "written by a girl". But not having a middle name, she used the K in honor of her grandmothr Kathleen.
