iTunes has a learn to speak Japanese podcast. You don't need an ipod to listen to it, just download a free copy of iTunes to your computer and search the podcasts for Japanese lessons. I've listen to a few but they are hard after the first three or four. Best thing to do is talk to a Japanese person.
