OK-so on saturday I'm going to a company picnic for my boy friends new job. It is at a park & its supposed to be 90 here on saturday. I'm not sure what to wear to this shindig-I was going to wear jeans & a nice tank top, but its too hot for jeans. I need help!!! I looked at old navy & they didn't have anything. Please advise on what to wear!! Would a skirt be ok? I'm 25, so no hoochie clothes please! Any suggestions would be fab!

Yes go with a skirt. Infact I would have gone with a skirt instead of jeans. Not a short skirt becuase they will be looking at u & analizing u unfortunately so knee length or even longer if you like. Cuz it's summer go with one of those long flowy skirts that are made out of cotton so u won't feel as hot. U can then wear a tank top also of cotton- best fabric for hot temperatures. This is a simple cute outfit. Dress it up with accessories-> a cool belt &/or necklace &/or bangles. Nelt could match the shoe u wear.[could even be cute flip flops]

It's your boyfriend's work picnic so you want to make a good impression. Don't wear anything too revealing. A nice pair of shorts (Mid-thigh) range with a shirt with short sleeves should be acceptable. If you want to wear a tank top under the shirt, that should be fine.
I wouldn't wear only a tank-top the first time you will be meeting his co-workers. At this first picnic, dress conservatively. After you meet everyone and observe how they dress, you may be able to be a little more creative with your wardrobe. Think golf. Good luck!

If you plan to participate in some of the sports activities that will be going on you need to wear some blue jean shorts that are short, but not hoochie short. The shorts can be white! Get a cute rhinestone tee to match whatever short you select. Finish off the outfit with a cute pair of PUMA tennis shoes. They should match the tee. You should wear a cute white baby-doll or peasant sundress if you will not be active.

Normally i would recommend a skirt but if its an outdoor picnic, I would then say to wear some shorts or capris, and a t-shirt or button down top with some nice sandals and bring sneakers in case you want to get into some of the games or something.

I suggest that you wear a tank and about knee length skirt or Capri's. Dont wear black though, you should already know why. For footwear I would wear sandals. If you wear a t-shirt it's going to be bad because if you lift up your arms your gonna look pretty weird with all that sweat.

I have been to many occasions such as yours, when it was very hot, and i had to choose weather permitting clothing. I suggest that you wear a mid-thigh to knee length LIGHTWEIGHT skirt, and a lacy camisole that still covers enough so you can go out. If you want more coverage for your shirt, i always use a sheer lightweight short-sleeved shrug. They are cute and wont weigh you down

I think a nice patterned sun dress with 2 inch heels and I sun hat would be ok along with a small purse. Wear a bathing suit just in case

Hi there, go to Old Navy, and find the pants where you can adjust to any length...can't remember what these are called. But you can wear them full leg, knee, and short size. They have them in a variety of different colors. I think they may be called convertible pants??? I have 3 different pairs and I loooove mine!

It's not too hot for jeans! You can wear jeans at any temperature.If you prefer not to, I suggest you wear a nice bermuda( shorts that are about knee length) and a nice tanktop or cotton shirt/blouse or you can wear a nice skirt.Wear light colors, since it'll be hot!
