Yes! I'm 30, and I feel young, fresh, and fabulous. I feel like my "life" is just beginning. New career possibilities, strong marriage, new baby. Life doesn't end at 30, it's just beginning....... It's a new chapter in your life, to set new goals and pursue them.

Scientifically, the most frequently used age classification is:
0 - 14 youth;
15 - 64 adults,
over 65 - elderly.
This age groups are usually divided in smaller ones, with variations, by different authors, but I think I will stop here.... In all cases, you are an young adult, from the human development point of view... And you will be so for a while.... :)
Now, to give you a real life example: I'm involved in youth work in Europe and I can tell you that the age eligibility limit is to be under 26... Sometimes is 30... You pick!

Neurologically you only grow till the age of 29, stay almost stable for about three to four years, and begin getting older after that. The truly mature human body is to be found in a 29 year old, because, before that the neurons in the body are not all fully developed. After 30 you begin the journey down the hill. So, you're still young, one year to go!

I am 59 years old and I still consider myself young at times. It is all relative to your own situation. Happiness as well as a sense of worth starts more from within than anywhere else. It is good that you have asked yourself the question as you are probably aware that your time here is also temporary.
Your goal is to be the best that you can be in all that you do. You will find the greatest satisfaction in helping others. Know that pop culture is simply that and it doesn't always give you the best guidance in life. Search your soul and always do what is right as your mind will tell you. Know that at times your heart will make it hard for you to do what is right according to your mind.

That would depend. If we talk about old age, you are definitely young. But if we talk about teenage, you are definitely old. But your age is enough to be called a responsible adult so you have to leave teenage stuffs but do not hurry up for old age stuffs.
You are too old:
to play, to celebrato te birthday parties with al the balloons and mascots, make unwise decisions an you are too old for a young woman.
You are too young:
To marry someone much older than you, TO DIE most especially so take care of your health

You are an adult by islamic standard, adult, matured and responsible. You ought to have gotten married and be responsible for the upkeep of others and not by now dependent on any one.
You ought to be a dutiful son to your parents and probably a consortium of sort on key life issues.
By asking this question, it proves you are far from achieving any of the above? Perhaps you are still in school, hoping to become a hold either a doctorate degree of phd? Quite unfortunate that you are no longer the driver of your life, but the society. In any cse life is short brute and nasty. By 40, i hpe you'd learn to take up responsibilities, but i fear to sound pessiistic about the time that will be left for you to really enjoy life and reap the fruit of it all.
Its not late, but its getting late man.

Dont ever say that you are this much years "OLD" say that am 28years "YOUNG". When years pass by you may be getting aged but you mind is getting younger and younger. You get more knowledge, you become better experienced and getting more educated and slowly but steadily you know more things in life, ......it means you are getting younger when you get aged. Our physical body is not the only thing to be measured, it is your mind that makes you younger or older, so always think creative and keep your mind active, so you can be younger till your age reaches 90. One of the living examples is Mr.Lee Kuan Yew, the Leader of Singpore.

I know some people in their 40's, 50's and up who are still young and some people in their 20's who seem like old men and women. It depends on your outlook on life. If you enjoy life, don't take yourself too seriously, and continue to learn and try new things, you will come across as young. If you complain a lot about your aches and pains or about how life is treating you and you become stuck in your ways and rooted to one spot, you will come across as old. It's really up to you.

Dr. Peter Kossi once told me that the first seventy years are practice. Young is in the mind and not the body.
