Superman easy. I like Spiderman better and feel he is a more realistic hero (as if any of these characters is real, but as a person) but Superman has more powers and less limits than Spidey.

Neither. Both are comic book characters. But if there
had to be a battle, then both would refuse to fight due
to the fact that neither is evil and have no reason to be
enemies.
Superman is my odds on favorite to win if there was
a battle. He is faster then Spiderman even at his best
and webbing would not confine/hold Superman at all.

Superman. He'd beat anyone who's powers are physical. He's stronger, faster and tougher then Spiderman.
As someone put it in another answer
"Superman got shot in the eye and didn't even blink. Spiderman wouldn't have blinked, either. Because he would have a great gaping hole in his head."

Well, it's relatively obvious which one you prefer by the looks of your avatar. Superman of course kicks more bootay than Spiderman. He's only got one weakness, he skin is almost impenatrable, and hey, you can shoot him him the eyeball and he doesn't even blink. Spiderman, while being amazingly awesome, wouldn't blink either, but that's because his eyeball, eyelid, eye brow and eyelash would be replaced by a gaping bloody hole. So yeah. Superman rocks much harder.

Superman is better than spiderman spider man can only travel by spiderweb's, but superman can fly every where in high speed's think about it. SUPERMAN!!!

Spiderman!!!Neither of them would go down without a fight.Spiderman would dodge Superman's powers.Superman would get tired and then Spiderman would let out his secret weapon,Kryptonite.Superman would go down and Spiderman would take the victory!!
