Hi Bras Brasah Complex has a lot of shops that sell scores for chinese instruments. They have 1st and 2nd hand music scores, i'm sure you can find what you want. They have about 3 - 5 shops specializing in that on the first floor, some 2nd floor. Good luck!

You can try out some shops in Chinatown Point (if you are taking MRT, alight at Chinatown Station and follow the signboard to the exit of Chinatown Point).
There are a few shops selling nice pieces of chinese instructments and scores. I have some Gu Zheng scores from there before, not bad i can say. :P
