http://www.homedepot.com/

All of these sites have multiple home repair how-to's. Depending on the flavor you seek. Lowes and Home Depot have basic How-to's that highlight their products. "Ask the builder" has a question and answer format with a large archive of questions and Tim's Articles. BHG has an archive of their magazine articles. Bob Vila and Do it Yourself have very large forums and articles and Vila also has hundreds of video clips. Other sites that may interest you but do not specialize in Home repair are about.com and eHow. I tend to use multiple sites when planning a DIY project. Good Luck!!!

There are about a million. Just go to any search engine and type in "How to replace a sink" or whatever your project is.
