I've heard of using Prep H, but the 2 things that worked for me for temporary puffy eyes (like after a late night) were; 1) chill 2 used tea bags, regular tea, lay them on eyelids for about 5 minutes AND 2) Yves Rocher makes a little tube of anti-puffiness eye cream, not very expensive but you have to order it online. It works very well for me. It works on the swollen tissues around the eye, probably the same mechanism as Prep H, without the funky smell.

Have you tried Preparation H? Yes, I know it's for hemorrhoids, but it causes swelling to go down so it gets rid of puffy eyes. Make sure not to get it IN your eye.

I've tried many products as well but the thing that works the best is getting enough sleep.

sleep, cool compress, or try lightly pressing a frozen metal spoon under your eyes for a few seconds in the morning, then cover it up with some make up

Preparation H seems to work well for some people, just be careful. No kidding. Models use it all the time.
