I do not hide when I am in a pool changing room. I see no reason to worry about the woman beside seeing my breasts as she already knows what breasts look like. I do completely understand how some people would not be comfortable and feel the need to be more private.

In general, it's perfectly acceptable to change in front of other people, particularly if you're in a single-sex locker room. If there are no obvious changing stalls or other places to "hide," it's expected that you will change in front of the other people. Most people are made a little uncomfortable by this because of our society's taboo on nudity, and often keep their eyes on the floor, but it's not unusual at all.

Personally, I have no problem changing in front of others, and do it on a regular basis.

Given it is an all girl changing room, of course. That's what it is for.
But I don't hang around naked. I take off my clothes, put on my bikini (or vice versa) and go.

i strip naked and it freaks people out, but everybody has a naked body so what's the big deal!!

i strip. that's why is a changing room. if someone wants to look at me naked that's their problem. I'm sure they will not look again.
