Get a set of binoculars and go to the park and watch the birds. Window shop, look around stores, go to an abandon ghost town. take a ride on a ferry, watch the whales.
Most liberarys have movies every weekend. The price of admission is your liberary card. Go to a city that you have never been before and take a look around.
Pack a picnic lunch and have it in your back yard.

Go to the park and toss around a Frisbee.
Go to an animal shelter, adopt a pup and throw him the Frisbee!
Stay at home, make popcorn and play video games all day (but you have to sit on the floor just like when you were a kid)
