Lots of different ab exercises. People often tend to just do crunches or some of the other basic ab workouts. There's a book by Men's Health I believe all about working your abs. Sprinting helps with abs as well.

Do 20-40 sit ups, 20-40 push ups abd 20-30 crunchs a twice a day for 6 weeks!

You need to work your entire body... you need to build lean muscle mass all over. There is a great deal of fat covering your abs as it is, and that fat is the last fat on the body to go away. Get to work... build lean muscle mass... get lots of aerobic exercise. Put down the god damned fork. Don't expect results overnight.
