Press Alt + Ctrl + Del
first of all open the task manager and then
click END PROCESS after selecting all the trojans that are running in you system at the back end

no anti virus cannot delete any file that is in use and i think that is your problem the trojans are still running shut them down first

then try the scan and try to clean or delete that file
if then thing does not work then directly go to that file and then try to delete it
after shutting off you trojans if all the above thing does not work then log off and then login again and then delete the file directly
NOTE: you will need to find the path of your virus and infected file from the anti virus scan
