You can try doing a search of names of towns & cities around your state/home there might be an unusual one that will be just right!
If you go to the Yahoo travel section: http://travel.yahoo.com/
then do a search for whichever state you're interested in, when you get to the main state page you get a link below a list of top cities in that state that says "see all cities in..." click on that and you'll get an alphabetical list of cities. Can't hurt to try that for alternative/unusual names. I did it for Michigan, California, and Wyoming just to see what I'd get. Just so you know though, it doesn't list ALL the cities in that state: Caledonia is in Michigan but not on the Yahoo list. You can try the state's official website for a more complete list of cities/towns if nothing on the other list catches your fancy.

Whittaker, I love that name! It's what I'm planning to name my first daughter, and a few months ago I went to a park that my grandmother only took me too(it was our little secret to go to that park) I forgot what the name was and when I got there, I saw that the name of the park was called Whittaker!I couldn't believe it! My grandmother has been dead for about 5 years, and I sometimes think about her taking me to that special park,if you name your daughter Whittaker, I'd be so grateful, and if you don't, that's ok, it's your baby! I also love unique names, I've thought about alot more for my future kids, like(for girls)

Integrity

Raily
