You are at about average weight. Keep in mind, also, that weight, as in the number on the scale, is pretty much meaningless. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you get lots of exercise and build muscle you will gain weight even though you are in better shape.

Now throw the scale out the window. You are thirteen years old, and it saddens me to think that a thirteen-year-old is concerned about her weight. You have a lot of awkward growing to do before your body finds its comfortable place, whatever your body does now is unimportant. Get plenty of exercise and eat whatever you crave, and you Will be healthy.

And if anyone is telling you to be concerned about your weight, ignore everything they say. They're an awful person for suggesting that a skinny thirteen-year-old needs to worry about the way she looks. DO NOT go on a diet, as it is EXTREMELY unhealthy, at any age really, but especially at a young age.

If you ever really have a concern about your health, ask a doctor. But I assure you that weight and height is just fine.

wow! You only way that much! I have a cousin who is 12 and she weighs 115! But if you are looking out for what you eat, I would say EXERSIZE! You don't have to do push ups or whatever either. Go hang out with your friends and have a blast shooting hoops or something.. Your barely a teenager so enjoy the sweets all you can. Just don't go over board and you'll be just fine.

NO! On average, you get 100 pounds for the first 5 feet, then 5 pounds for each inch after that. So in your case, that would be 115 pounds.

You're really too young to be concerned with your weight. My 13 year old step-daughter is constantly obseesing about her weight. She is about your size and thinks she's fat because her friends are bony rails. Well, I have news for her and you: Guys don't like bony, scrawny girls... NOT THAT EITHER OF YOU SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT BOYS!!! But if you are worried about your weight for health reasons, talk to your doctor about your diet, other than that, I wouldn't worry. If you are worried about vanity (which most 13y.o. are) you need to just worry about eating right and being active. You're body is still growing and developing, don't force unhealthy demands on it, you will regret it when you are an adult.

no actually you are in your normal weight range, but you are on the underweight side of your wieght range. for 5'3 the normal wieght is like 115 but the normal range is plus or minus 10 pounds.
