The Rit company has several products that may help you. One is fade to white. You can find it in the laundry section of your favorite store. Oxyclean will also help a great deal. Depends on the material the top is made of. I once got blue stains out of a white denim shirt by boiling the shirt in water and ordinary soap powder, it stayed on the boil for about 15mins.

u can buy some stuff called 'back to white' if not soak it in a bleach solution for a while (thats wot my mummy did!! lol)

try glo-white make sure you get the right kind though you could always dye it back i get my dye for that sort of things out of semi-chem they do a great job
