This is probably the 4th time this has happened to me for the month. Whenever I dream, I wake up with a headache and a major tension behind my neck. What causes this?

This was a major problem for me for a year and a half and I had no idea what was going on until I saw a doctor. They sent me to a sleep clinic and I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. If you don't know what that is, it just means you stopped breathing while you were asleep, so you may want to take it serious. They put me on a CPAP machine and as much as I hate to admit it, it works.

I strongly urge you tell your doctor what's going on. If there is nothing physically wrong with you, they'll probably send you to a sleep doc and he'll take from there.

I jumped kinda and my heart exchange into pounding sooo stressful! i exchange into so freaked out. And when I closed my eyes I observed weird and wonderful development-y form issues. besides, it is not something severe, in basic terms one thing you need to get used to (so the articles that i've got study say)
