Well the leadership should be scrapped, but as there is not much steel in it I do not think that we will get much for it.

Well, that *would* put a lot of lawyers out of work, which has much to recommend it right there. Of course, then we'd need to find a use for all those unemployed lawyers. There's also the problem that the Danelaw condones slavery, a provision which would have to be modified.
It would make the legislature more interesting too; IIRC the Vikings decided votes by which side could yell the loudest.

The Danelaw was NOT a system of government.
It was the area occupied by the Vikings in England in the early Middle Ages. It was also a name for the 'legal terms and definitions' of the treaty between English King Alfred the Great and the Viking Guthrum.
Look it up on wikipedia if you don't believe me.

What other alternatives are there? I'm serious. Capitalism seems to work the best. Socialism and Communism are the worst. Then there's facism. Like old Hitler. Which is equally as bad. Don't bad mouth the government, changing things in our country starts at the grass roots. Local Government, State Government, and then to the big one Federal Government. The Constitution is the building block of our country we can never get rid of that. We actually need to stand closer to it. If we followed most of the laws in it we would be much better off. Our governments biggest problem is that it has become overly bloated. But like I said before it takes a stand. If you don't like it move to Scandinavia and the Netherlands which I think is where the vikings came from.

Don't you think it is a bit late for that? And who in your equation is "we"?
As far as I remember, Blair and the Labour Party achieved a third decicive win at the last general election. Not that I am happy with that, but in a representaive system majorities decide and rule.
And when you refer to the "Danelaw", you seem to overlook that it was a pre-medieval legal system which lacked even the basic understanding of our modern society. So how could it work, if it would be brought back?

My ancestors were Vikings. So Thor would come back?
But taking the govenment back by revolt you would start locally and work your way up.
There is so much talk about this you might have no idea.

No.
Our government is flawed but it's very fixable. The Constitution is a living thing that grows with us.

Our government does need a little(alot)of restructuring, but going back to 9th century practices, that have failed, would not solve 21th century problems.
