i think kasey kahne will win mostly cause a couple of the tracks in the final 10 races he's already won at this year and he's been very consistent racing unlike most of the other top 10 drivers so far, notice i said most of them not all just to clarify that.

I think it will be between Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon not just to say Hendricks, but Jimmie has wanted this and has come so close twice. If he starts the chase like he finished it last year no one else will have a chance. He will be more carefull and not push it to hard. Will go for the win in the early races and go for consistancy (not sure I spelled that right) the rest of the chase.

The reason I said Jeff Gordon is because he wants number 5 bad. He is an excellent driver and knows how to win at almost every track. Just needs to control the bump and run and be a little more carefull.

I hope this helped!

Not sure really...Thought that tony might have a chance on winning...AGAIN but as it looks right now it's a big tossup between Jimmie and Matt.

It would be nice if Jeff Gordon won it but as it stands right now he would most likely have to finish 1st or 2nd the next 7 races but I don't think that is going to happen.

I really thought that Dale Jr might have a shot at it but after the last 2 races with a blown engine, and then last weekend hitting the wall, he'd be lucky just to MAKE it into the chase let alone winning the cup.

I really hope that jimmie does NOT win it this year...I would rather have Matt or Kasey Kahne win it.

I guess all of us nascar fans will just have to wait and see the last race to see who is going to make the chase AND win the cup...

Jimmie has it coming, after coming so close two years in a row. I think Tony's done for because he's starting to act like he did a couple years ago, and when he gets in a hole, he just makes it deeper. But if Jeff Gordon gets into the chase, he may have a slight chance. He was pretty good at the end of last year.

Tony Stewart I think his streak of bad luck caused by him and others is over and if he can place in the top ten for points, then I think he has a great chance this is usually where he starts winning and doing really well on the track so who knows what could happen. So I think he will repeat as champ this year and possibly the next.

It would have to take some bad runs by the #48 during the Chase for them not to win the Championship. They have been close before and should know what needs to be done. If they don't do it, I don't see how Matt Kenseth wouldn't be the one hoisting the trophy. He is just solid week in and week out.

I root for Tony, and Beloved and I both root for Kevin Harvick, but I think this might be Jimmie Johnson's year. His performance has been very consistent, and he's getting a bigger gap in points between himself and Kenseth every week. However, he tends to go downhill in autumn.

Notice that I answered the question "Who do you think will win?" and not "Who do you *want* to win?" ;-)

Jimmie Johnson, it's his year...I think he can do it this year! He is in the lead now so it's a good start, he has been playing it safe at races lately rather than planning a win, which could be risky!

In my opinion as a five year Jeff Gordon Fan it is possible that Jeff could get, I would not count him just yet, just never know. He has what it takes to get another one, I am sure he is just as capable to getting a Championship as the other drivers, while being fair.
