i felt guily when i stole my best frnd's fab ink pen when we were in 2nd std still i am guilty for it ...
see I am a physiology prof
see guilty is nothing its just a feeling
when u think u have done this wrong or any thing u shouldn't have done u feel guilty it just a god gift which have kept up humanity
still now in life other wise every body would be a devil

I feel guilty if I come to know later that I have hurt someone by my deeds. I try my level best not to hurt anyone and to help others and give happiness to them as far as possible.
Except that I dont have any other things to bother, as I always lead my life in a planned and systematic way.

That I always want more when so many people in the world have a lot less and are suffering. I should just learn to enjoy my time and ignore the media and the consumer culture.

For not wanting to have a second baby even though my husband wants another child.
