Yes. There's a lot of hanging around waiting for the slow wheels of justice to turn. I sat in on two juries. The first concerning a punch up in a kebab shop, the second conspiracy to steal baggage at Heathrow.

Yes, I was actually on a jury for 3 days in Fort Worth, TX. It was for a car accident case, and we found the guy innocent of all charges. It was really neat actually being on the jury and experiencing what goes on in a trial. Plus, if you get chosen you don't get penalized at work for not going in. =) I highly recommend it, and hope to get chosen out here in Georgia.

Once. But I was not picked to actually sit on a jury. I just sat there all day. I felt like I was in high school again, waiting to be dismissed!

If you have to go, just follow the directions. It is getting harder and harder to get out of it, even if you want to.

Yes.. You just listen. And no matter who believes what.. You must vote what the evidence proved to you. If the other 11 jurors vote and stand in your face and say you are stupid. Just remember, they the jurors may be wanting to go to the movies, but you have some ones life in your hands. Bless you

I've been there, but not selected. I guess testifying, and knowing the states attorney as well as the judge made a difference. But I know that I wouldn't be judging the people. I would be judging the facts.

Yes, twice. It was very interesting. No murders but guns were involved in one, rape in the other.
