Yeah they can because the people who raised them and the area they live in could influence them to hate other races. Some blind people can tell what race you are by they way you speak.

I remember one episode of dave chappele where he is the leader of the KKK and he is blind. He's up at the podium giving a speech about white power with his hood on.
Then the crowd says for him to be proud and remove his mask. He takes it off and they are all shocked to see he is blind and black.

of course they can. they still hear the news and stuff. if you tell a blind person that a black person is sitting next to them, they will probably shift in their seat and grab their purse. or if they were giving a job interview and they could tell by the way a person spoke that they were a certain race, they probably wouldn't give them the job.

Why can't they? They can still hear stories and make decisions.. just because they can't see doesn't mean they can't have feelings about someone of another color.. I know people who have never seen an African American ( except on TV ) and they're racist..

unfortunately, yea they can. like dave chapelle in the episode where he thinks hes white cuz hes blind and hes in the kkk and married to a white woman. pretty funny, but thats only because its dave chapelle and not real life ;) i know it sounds cheesy but if there was one thing i could erase from this world, it would be racism
