Our internal body temperature is set at 98.6. That doesn't mean our external body temperature is comfortable at that temp. Two different things.

Because it's like having another person contiguous to you. You may not know that it's hot inside, but once you're outside, that's how it actually feels like in your body. It's like having another body rubbed onto your skin to produce heat.

I think the humidity has something to do with it. We sweat and it cools our body off when the sweat evaporates. But when it is humid outside, the air can't takeon the additional moisture, so you sweat doesn't evaporate. It stays on you and you feel wet and sticky.

Because clothes raise our body temperature. So if you were naked, it'd be fine.

As you burn glycose, you provide energy for ur muscles to make them move, and your body also produce an excess energy while burning glycose. And this energy is released as heat. So if its 98 degrees outside u cannot release that excess energy and u get uncomfortable. This is the scientific explanation of the situation..
